Long Island Massacre Driven by Addiction?

Police pegged the motive for the heinous massacre at a Long Island Pharmacy this weekend over a presumed addiction to painkillers on the part of the suspect captured in surveillance footage. I agree that this is probably the motive, but we can't ignore the possibility that this man could have been involved in distribution as well. Either way, it's a horrendous crime that with any hope, will not go unpunished. I mean, just think of the lives this man destroyed in the desire to feed his habit. A high school senior days away from graduating from high school. He's definitely a sociopath, but whether it was his lack of empathy for his victims or the addiction talking, only time will tell.
